Karen was extremely flexible and made time for us when we needed here (even later at night 930-100pm) or early in the am 700am. She is down to earth, no pressure and clearly had our backs. She looked out for us and suggested great partners including the lawyer, inspectors and mortgage broker. All in all she helped make what is typically one of the most stressful experiences much less so. And she did it with a personal touch. She is great.
